1. Who we are

AuditEngine is a website-audit portal built and operated by M Pro9 ("M Pro9", "we", "us"). These terms are a plain-language agreement between M Pro9 and anyone who creates an account or uses any tool on this portal ("you").

2. The service

AuditEngine runs a set of automated checks against a website or business list you provide — SEO/AEO scoring, a website health grade, a cybersecurity scan, quality-assurance crawling, site discovery, business lead finding, and bulk auditing. Results are generated by automated tools and are provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate and improve a website — they are not a guarantee of security, search ranking, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts and the free trial

Anyone may create a free account, which includes name, email address, and a contact number. A self-signup account is limited to one audit in total, across every tool combined; running any one audit uses that allowance. M Pro9 may extend or remove this limit for any account at its discretion. Accounts created by an M Pro9 administrator on your behalf may carry different limits as agreed separately. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use AuditEngine only against websites and systems you own, or for which you have the owner's written authorization to test — this applies with particular force to the Cybersecurity Audit and Site Discovery tools, which actively probe a target rather than just reading its public homepage. You agree not to:

• run any tool against a website or system without proper authorization to test it;
• use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• attempt to circumvent the trial limit, rate limits, or account restrictions;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement;
• use automated means to create accounts at scale.

We may suspend or remove any account that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

5. Your data

We collect the account details you provide (name, email, phone, password — stored hashed, never in plain text) and the inputs you submit for auditing (URLs, business lists, CSV uploads). Signup details are used to provide the service and, for self-signup trial accounts, so M Pro9 can follow up about full access. We do not sell your data. Audit inputs and results are retained only as long as needed to show you the report and are not shared outside M Pro9 except where a tool explicitly queries a third-party service on your behalf (for example, OpenStreetMap or Google Places in Lead Finder) to find business information.

6. Intellectual property

The AuditEngine software, design, and branding belong to M Pro9. Reports generated for your own submitted websites and data are yours to use, share, and present to your own clients.

7. No warranty

AuditEngine is provided "as is." Automated checks can produce false positives, miss issues, or become outdated as a target website changes. We make no warranty that any report is complete, accurate, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on a report.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Pro9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AuditEngine, including damages related to website availability, third-party services queried by a tool, or actions taken based on a report.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of AuditEngine after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
